As anyone in this industry knows this does not happen by luck but an attitude and appreciation of the importance of human life and a strictly enforced safety policy that is not taken lightly. Our management oversees weekly safety meetings and designates specific topics for discussion at each meeting, all employees’ are encouraged to participate in each meeting and discuss any safety concerns they have or any ideals to improve or prevent injury and accidents.
